Firstly, email us at: info@ghostlands.co.uk with an outline of what’s happening, where it’s happening, how long you’ve been having a problem and any other pertinent information.

If we need further details we’ll ask for more information, otherwise we’ll get back to you with a plan of what we believe we can do for you and how much it will cost.

We generally work remotely, tuning into the energy of the place that’s affected. As there’s rarely a reason for us to visit, we work for clients all over the world.

Our standard price for a remote ghost removal and space clearing of an average size house of up to four bedrooms is £75.00.

If a job is larger and more complicated, or if we need to visit a property, then the price will be higher, but we will give you a comprehensive quote beforehand.

Once the scope of work and price is agreed, the process of clearing your space will go ahead. We will email you a short report of what was found and what work has been done.

We will send you our bank details for a direct bank transfer to take place. Occasionally we take payment in advance by cheque.
